ProspER is a business and industry-led Economic and Environment Plan to 2040 for the Northern Rivers and Tenterfield Shire.
It has been developed to support a stronger, more connected and more resilient regional future, grounded in the connection between people, planet and place.

ProspER is not the end point. It is a shared regional platform to support clearer decision-making, stronger partnerships and more coordinated action. It provides a practical agenda to help the Northern Rivers and Tenterfield Shire turn opportunity into impact, and impact into lasting regional advantage.
The next phase will focus on moving from plan development to implementation, including engaging delivery partners, testing recommendations, identifying catalyst projects for further development and building the investment, advocacy and governance pathways required to bring ProspER to life.
